Welcome to the Park Rapids American Legion Post 212. We are located east on highway 34. Our address is 900 East 1st Street. We are home to 700 post,300 auxiliary, and 35 Son's of the American Legion members. We proudly serve the Park Rapids area and surrounding communities. We offer charitable gambling (license#00220) with pulltabs in the lounge daily. We also, offer bingo 2 days a week; Wednesdays,and Thursdays.
We are home to one of the largest community winter fishing contests in the state which we hold in February each year. For information on the 2008 Fishing Derby and Raffle please see our Newsletter section.
We have a spacious banquet hall available. Our auxiliary is available for catering for special ocassions. Auxiliary meets every second Tuesday of the month (except in June, July, and August).
Our Executive Board meets the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. and our General Membership meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. Our Sons of the American Legion meet the first Monday of each month at 7:oo p.m. |
